Chart of accounts, what splits into what, how fees and currency are treated, what a closed period means for you. Nobody else sells this on its own — it is normally buried inside a retainer you cannot leave. Yours to keep either way.

Step three · Rules, and one month proved
The model becomes rules: revenue subledger, journal entry automation, realized FX, partner accruals. Then one real month runs all the way through to the three statements, on your data.

Priced for one payment provider and one accounting system. If you run more, we say what that costs before we start, not after.
Step four · The pipeline runs itself
Idempotent ingestion, duplicates caught before they land, exceptions queued for a person instead of lost, and month-end close that stays closed once it is done.

Same rule: the price above covers one provider and one accounting system. Anything beyond that is quoted in writing before any work begins.
After that · Retainer
A person on the exception queue, and on the gateways when they change their APIs. That is what the retainer is — not support, and not a licence fee for software you already paid us to build.

There is no form to fill in and no queue. The price does not change because you asked in writing — it is printed above.

No discovery call
There is nothing to book and nothing to negotiate. You send the exports, we send back the work. If a step turns out not to apply to you, we say so and you pay for what was done.
No bookkeeping
We are not your accountant and we do not file anything. We build and run the system that feeds them, so the month closes on numbers that hold up.
No typical case
One gateway, one currency, nothing unusual? A boxed tool at $65 a month will serve you better than we will, and we would rather say that here than after you paid.
