What happens after you pay
- Paddle emails you a receipt.
- Email your PDFs to [email protected], quoting the receipt number. Add your chart of accounts if you want us to map to it.
- The finished file comes back within 24 hours — or we tell you why it can't.
What one job covers
- One bank account, up to 12 months of statements, up to 300 transactions.
- CSV formatted for Xero import, or Excel. QuickBooks and Sage layouts on request.
- Scanned or photographed statements: fine, but say so — turnaround may be 48 hours.
- Larger volumes or a whole client portfolio: email us and we'll quote instead.
- If the file comes back wrong we redo it. If it's still not right, we refund.
- Your files are deleted within 7 days of delivery and never shared.
