One month of payouts, every difference named.

What happens after you pay

1. Paddle emails you a receipt.
2. Email three exports to [email protected], quoting the receipt number: your payouts export for the month, the bank statement covering the same period, and your order export.
3. The finished file comes back within three working days — or we tell you why it can't.

What one job covers

• One calendar month, one payout account.
• Every difference between sales and money received, with its amount and its named cause: fees, refund timing, the payout window and UTC cutoff, gift cards, marketplace tax on Shop app orders, disputes and dispute fees, reserves, instant payouts, fee tier changes.
• Each line marked expected or needs action, so you know what to chase.
• The clearing-account structure to close the next month at payout level yourself.
• Exports only. No access to your store, your bank or your accounting system, and we never ask for logins.
• Not bookkeeping, and not a fight with Shopify support about held or frozen payouts. If your money is frozen, this will not release it.
• If the file comes back wrong we redo it. If it's still not right, we refund.
• Your files are deleted seven days after delivery and never shared.
